Icelanders

This is an imaginative story written by Yijun Yu and illustrated by Huiyan Wang. It depicts the cyclical life of a group of Icelanders across the four seasons: In winter, they joyfully inhabit their island, forming an intimate community. As spring and summer arrive, they start on new journeys, riding the cracked ice blocks to explore the world and build new friendships. With the advent of autumn and winter, they return to Iceland, sharing stories of their adventures.
